Job Description : Seeking Registered Nurse WOW!Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation UnitFull-time (36 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am)Weekend Only Work (WOW) 1 WeekdayBenefit Eligible$$ Up to $25k Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced External Candidates Only $$Job Duties : In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.About the Unit : The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions.
