Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
Must have a current RN/LPN license from the State of Missouri.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the nursing process in administering resident care.
Must utilize good assessment skills and techniques in determining resident needs.
Must have a strong work ethic and practice courtesy and respect for other staff and residents.
Must understand the importance of and practice good team building skills among coworkers.
Must conduct oneself in a mature, positive and professional manner.
Must be knowledgeable of and practice workplace safety.
Must keep resident information confidential.
