What You’ll Do:
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere – Greet residents, families, and guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Assist Residents & Guests – Respond to requests, coordinate services, and provide helpful information with a person-centered approach.
- Support Daily Operations – Manage phone calls, visitor logs, and appointments while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- Enhance Resident Experience – Facilitate transportation, event sign-ups, and other concierge services to enrich resident life.
- Coordinate Communication – Serve as a key liaison between residents, staff, and leadership, ensuring needs are met with care and efficiency.
- Maintain Safety & Security – Monitor visitor access and assist with emergency procedures when needed.
Qualifications You Bring:
- A passion for Person-Centered Care and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality, senior living, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
- Ability to create a warm, professional, and organized environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office technology.
