We are seeking top talent to join our Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas team.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will perform duties under the direction of the operative surgeon, interpreting patient data and providing age-specific care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate patients to determine an accurate anesthetic plan under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist
* Administer anesthesia during procedures and record relevant information
* Assess patient recovery and removal to another room following surgery
* Collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimal patient care
* Institute nursing interventions to stabilize patient conditions and prevent complications
Required Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program
* Current Nurse Anesthetist License and Certification
* RN License in the State of Texas
* BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification
