- Must be able to adhere to schedules of new implementations, upgrades and system (s) maintenance.
- Provide end-user training and support for all assigned clinics.
- Work with Vendor to ensure system problems are identified, documented and resolved.
- Manage priorities to satisfy both the immediate and future needs of the system(s) users.
- Manages multiple projects and systems concurrently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively to users and management.
- Ensure activities are performed in compliance with BPN and hospital goals, standards, strategic direction, policies and procedures.
