  • Rotational call M-F; Call starts at end of business day generally 5pm – 645a. Sat / Sun 24 hrs call.

  • Open to accommodating block schedule? No
  • Locals accepted : No, perm address must be 75 miles from facility
  • RTO Restrictions : At manager's discretion
  • Guaranteed Hours : Please see billing rules

  • Interventional IR, Scrub, equipment operation / maintenance, vascular studies / procedures.

    • Additional Details

  • Photo ID required
  • Required only if used on the I9 as supporting documentation
  • AHA or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada ONLY! Check cost center for applicable units. If blank, check with facility contact
  • Instructor certifications are not accepted in place of provider certifications
  • Current BLS required. AHA or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada ONLY!

  • License Verification required
  • NURSYS verification required for RNs, LVNs / LPNs, and APRNs
  • Required for all Aya travelers. Not required for subcontractors or Non Clinical.
