- Initiates patient contact upon obtaining referral from physicians.
- Coordinates access to services and education for the cancer patient.
- Participates in activities to improve health care delivery.
- Provides patient, family, and/or staff teaching/education.
- Coordinates marketing of cancer services.
- Provides leadership.
- Participates in ongoing educational activities.
- Completes assigned goals.

- BSN required, or 7 years of chemotherapy experience in lieu of BSN
