Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute a dynamic brand and marketing strategy, which increases customer retention in existing markets and examines expanding market share and awareness.
- Develop and implement effective marketing activities to deliver on the objectives set in the marketing and business development strategy.
- Develop all corporate and community marketing communications strategies, including managing the full implementation with a strong focus on print, social and digital channels.
- Develop innovative strategies across marketing touch points to increase traffic, gain market share and maintain leadership position in the industry, all the while continuously focusing on ROI and measurement techniques to enable smarter marketing decisions.
- Develop the promotion strategy that ties to marketing and brand strategy using a variety of tools (e.g., educational programs, relationship building, social media, etc.)
- Identify and respond to competitive, environmental, and societal trends.
- Champion continuous process improvement in marketing segmentation, methods, and tools, and reporting marketing impact on sales results.
- Use research and analytics to drive creativity and to support business-based decision making.
- Select and partner with vendors to develop and execute creative promotions, including setting agency performance objectives and monitoring performance.
- Three to five years of sales/marketing experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
