Summary

Screens, applicants as needed to provide qualified candidates to recruiters to forward to hiring managers. Supports the recruitment staff including all employment functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Some overtime may be required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Assists recruiters with various parts of the application process.
- Completes the new hire process for all candidate applications.
- Completes and updates job postings on external media (e.g., job websites or print).
- Provides recruitment support for the department.
- Acts as the FEAP representative by providing educational assistance.
- Completes assigned goals.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field - OR - equivalent experience.
- Minimum: Minimum three (3 years) experience in a human resources environment. Special Skills
- Preferred: Microsoft Office including excel and PowerPoint. Application Tracking Software experience is strongly preferred.
