Job Summary
Prepares and maintains accurate accounting records using established policies and procedures in order to properly reflect operating results and financial position. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and performs analysis on financial and operational data.
- Demonstrates an ability to evaluate and maintain the proper level of data integrity within the data warehouses of all available financial information systems.
- Demonstrates computer proficiency with all System financial information systems including core transaction systems, decision support system, data warehouse and PC Financial Application tools to complete internal and external work products.
- Completes assigned goals.
Experience
Minimum Required
- Recent hospital experience in decision support, budget or accounting.
- Strong computer skill set with Oracle, Microsoft Office programs, particularly with Excel and Access, and experience using reports from health care financial management or clinical systems and database management systems.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Education and Licensure
