Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of medical physics services, including specific tests, measurements, and calculations, to verify and validate the accuracy of radiation treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and technical staff to ensure accurate and timely performance of radiation therapy procedures.
- Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements:
- Board eligibility in medical physics by the American Board of Radiology (ABR), American College of Medical Physics (ACMP), or Certified Canadian Medical Physics (CCMP).
- Licensure, registration, and certification in medical physics.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
