Responsibilities
- Processes transactions from beginning to end through knowledge of cash register operation, pricing practices and policy, mathematical skills, and customer observation, to ensure proper accounting for goods sold and good customer relations.
- Maintains good client relations by exhibiting knowledge and methods of customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Promotes customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive, professional manner in both verbal and nonverbal communication.
- Answers telephones, forwards phone calls on a timely basis according to the direction and location appropriate to maintain continuous workflow.
- Completes assigned goals.
