Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and greets customers using customer service techniques to promote positive image of organization.
- Triages requests to appropriate service or department, utilizing hospital lists and resources.
- Monitors services and supplies for accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining reports and departmental documentation.
- Utilizes department modules to orient new employees and volunteers to role to assure accurate and effective services.
- Completes assigned goals.
