Responsibilities
- Documents all activities of Security officers, in dispatch log, clearly, concisely, and timely. Log all in-coming telephone or radio requests for service.
- Inspects and tests CCTV/DVR equipment to ensure proper functioning. Log and report any deficiencies to Lieutenant or Director using appropriate forms.
- Monitors CCTV images to detect any suspicious or inappropriate activity. If detected, dispatch closes officer to area to investigate and eliminate the activity.
- Provides courteous and friendly customer serve to any individuals entering the security office seeking assistance.
- Demonstrates superior telephone etiquette when answering telephone calls.
- Completes assigned goals.
