Summary Supports system personnel through clinical, quality, and resource utilization reports and analyses. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities Creates reports and performs analyses on quality, resource utilization, and patient care metrics.Updates and maintains Decision Support / CDM patient / clinical data / other data sets as needed for proper data integrity as well as sub-setting and merging data as needed.Uses and demonstrates proficiency with all available organizational informational systems including internal Decision Support systems, core clinical systems, and other non-DS maintained data sets / warehouses as well as data manipulation and analysis tools.Supports other Data Management areas with reports, analyses, and data base maintenance and auditing.Completes assigned goals.Requirements, Preferences and Experience Education Minimum : Bachelor's in Statistics, a financial field, Healthcare-related field, other data-oriented field or other associated field required.Experience Preferred : 3 years experience in a data related field or 1 year of healthcare experience.About Baptist Memorial Health Care At Baptist, we owe our success to our colleagues, who have both technical expertise and a compassionate attitude.
