Baptist Heart Specialists, a leader in cardiovascular care, is seeking a Medical Director to lead and grow our distinguished Heart Failure program.
Key Responsibilities :
Build & grow our Heart Failure program.
Oversee outpatient clinics & develop specialized inpatient & outpatient programs.
Collaborate with a renowned team of cardiologists.
Leverage advanced technology & state-of-the-art facilities.
Leadership & Management Skills : Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals. Develop and implement strategic plans.
Clinical Expertise : Demonstrate expertise in advanced heart failure management, including myocardial biopsy, right heart catheterization, mitral clips, and TAVR procedures.
Communication & Collaboration : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
Program Development : Create and implement new programs and initiatives within the Heart Failure program.
Quality Improvement : Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Research & Education : Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field of cardiology.
Qualifications :
Board-certified in Cardiology
Clinical Skills : Expertise in myocardial biopsy, right heart catheterization, mitral clips, and TAVR procedures
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage teams
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative Skills : Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
