JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervisor: Dining Services Supervisor

Essential Functions:

· Cleaning: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or in dishwasher.

· Sanitizing: Cleaning and polishing counters, floors, and other surfaces.

· Taking out trash

· Maintaining dishwashing machines

· Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized

· Adhering to health and safety regulations

· Storing equipment and utensils in the proper areas

· Working with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation

· The ability to lift 50 pounds

· The ability to work in hot and damp environments

· Storing equipment and utensils in proper areas after they are air dried.

· Sweeps and mops kitchen floors

· Ability to come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality

· Ability to accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner

· Ability to assume accountability for data contained in the employee handbook

· Ability to perform other related duties as assigned by the Dining Services Supervisor
