About the Position
The RN position on the Med Surg unit involves providing general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the Med Surg area and possess a current Alabama nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least one year of experience in the Med Surg area
- A current Alabama nursing license
- Ability to pass ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification exams
