We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Travel Nurse to join our team.
**Job Description**
The Emergency Department Travel Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency department.
This includes assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
The Emergency Department Travel Nurse will:
- Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Accept and support the philosophy, purpose, and objectives of Baptist Health and the Department of Nursing
**Requirements**
- Successful passage of RN examination
- Current AL nursing license
- 1 year of experience in ED
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Able to observe, assess, and record work, safety, and infection control standards
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to foster a cooperative work environment
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns
