Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) position on the Med Surg unit involves:
- Providing general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel
- Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
- Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least one year of experience in the Med Surg area
- A current Alabama nursing license
- Ability to pass ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification exams
