Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing FOH and BOH staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Weekly meeting to go over sales and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of club operations, including staff scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handle cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and deposits
- Utilize POS system to process member transactions accurately
- Provide leadership and guidance to club staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing
- Market knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies
- Multilingual skills (Bilingual) are a plus for effective communication with diverse members
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail
- Phone etiquette skills for professional member interactions
