Position Overview
As a Back Server, you play a vital role in elevating the guest experience, working seamlessly with the front-of-house team to ensure flawless service. Key Responsibilities
- Guest-Focused Hospitality
- Provide genuine, friendly, and professional service with a warm demeanor.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist in enhancing their experience.
- Ensure that guests feel seen, welcomed, and cared for at all times.
- Service Execution & Support
- Assist Captains and Servers in executing a seamless and elegant dining experience.
- Deliver dishes with knowledge, enthusiasm, and proper etiquette.
- Maintain impeccable table maintenance, including clearing and resetting with grace and efficiency.
- Support in beverage service, water refills, and wine presentation as needed.
- Attention to Detail & Teamwork
- Maintain pristine table settings, ensuring proper mise en place at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely and synchronized course delivery.
- Be proactive in problem-solving, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Assist in polishing glassware, silverware, and handling other fine dining details.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
- Deep understanding of hospitality and the guest experience.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with grace under pressure.
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wine service is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
