Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
• Kitchen Operations – Support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily kitchen functions, ensuring smooth service and high food quality.
• Menu Execution – Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes, maintaining consistency and creativity.
• Cost & Inventory Control – Help manage food costs, supplier relationships, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
• Food Quality & Presentation – Maintain high standards for taste, technique, and plating in every dish served.
• Team Leadership & Training – Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and FOH team to ensure seamless service.
What You Bring
• Passion for Craft & Authenticity – A deep dedication to culinary excellence and Brazilian/South American flavors.
• Leadership & Teamwork – At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (Sous Chef, Senior Line Cook, or equivalent) in a high-volume kitchen.
• Operational Knowledge – Strong understanding of menu execution, food costing, and inventory management.
• Composure & Focus – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
• Bilingual Preferred – Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not required.
