Who We Are Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a driven, growth-minded Independent Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and developing territory-based business. If you're hungry for success and excited to make an impact in a fast-growing market, this is your chance.
You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding an existing territory of independent garages across Southern Hernando and Hillsborough County. Expect to spend your time on the road, engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and growing your book of business.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling and follow-ups
- Schedule and lead product demos and client trainings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consistent inventory management
- Present solutions and resolve client concerns effectively
- Prepare forecasts and routine activity reports
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new product applications
- Collaborate with teammates and departments across the organization
- Maintain financial awareness within your territory and accounts

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred, not required)
- BA or Associate’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in business development, B2B, or automotive sales is a plus
