**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Winter Harbor branch.
The successful candidate will represent Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and processing various transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a wide range of transactions, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Deepen existing customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Provide follow-up and effective resolution to customer inquiries.
- Recognize and refer customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other banking services.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience and working knowledge of Windows essential.
