Job Title: Floating Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Floating Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in our Brandon, Vermont branch, with the opportunity to cover other locations in the area as needed.
About the Role
In this critical position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their day-to-day financial needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with individuals in the communities we serve and contribute toward the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend additional products and services.
- Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
- Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute toward meeting branch goals in various categories, including deposits and loans.
- Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through with customers for all inquiries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An interest and experience in customer service.
- A working knowledge of Windows.
- High School or better education.
