In this capacity, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing day-to-day financial needs, and building strong relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to customers in identifying their financial needs and offer relevant products and services to drive business growth.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other premium services offered by the bank.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry and contribute to achieving branch goals in areas such as deposits and loans.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
