Responsibilities (Essential):
- Coordinates Daily Reports and new/modification account Review and assists when needed.
- Works with Loan Servicing, Residential Loan and Commercial Loan Departments to ensure proper processes.
- Assists with loan projects.
- Assists with HMDA Review
- Secondary Market Reporting
- Answers QA Loans Questions (email/zoom/phone)
- Has Direct Reports
- Comprehend and adhere to federal banking regulations in accordance with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s policies and procedures.
- Enthusiastically support the Bank’s Brand Behaviors

Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a high school degree or the equivalent
- Banking experience is required, preferably in a capacity related to loans, compliane, or quality assurance
- Understanding of cross-departmental functions
- Decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Active listening and communication skills, verbal and written; proven ability to adapt tone and techniques to best suit the audience
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and acclimate quickly to changing priorities; multi-tasking
