Required Training/Experience/Education
Restaurant experience helpful, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to stand for 10 hours.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Reasonable ability of hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Reasonable command of the English language
- Good physical condition
- Must be alert to the Team member and Guest's needs
- Must be alert to the restaurants china, glass and silver needs.

- Believes in and follows all Employee Handbook standards and expectations.
- Punch in, sign in and report to the General Manager/Manager on time.
- Perform opening set up, running side work and closing duties.
- Perform assertively, aggressively and in a friendly manner.
- Maintain dish area safety and sanitation.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Follows directions and uses caution when handling and using chemicals and or machinery.
- Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
- Take breaks only at non-busy periods in compliance with the Bar Louie standards.
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Must pass general information and departmental tests with a grade of 90% or higher
- Perform job functions with accordance to performance standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Department Manager.
