• Assist in inventory management and notify the Head Chef of any shortages.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary school diploma is a plus but not required.
