Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized porter to work under the Executive Chef and ensure that our dishes and Bar are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, a strong team player, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Ensuring dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, are clean throughout service
Cleaning bathrooms daily
Sweep and mop the floors in dining room as needed
Putting away and organizing food, linen, and cleaning supplies
Cleaning windows and mirrors as needed
Assisting the chef in anything she requires as far as cleaning, organizing, and keeping the bar generally clean.
Assist in weekly deep cleanings along with kitchen staff.
Participate in training new kitchen staff members as necessary.

- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to challenges that arise during service.
- A passion for continuous learning and mentorship, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and efficiency among colleagues.
- Able to walk or stand for long periods.
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift to 50 pounds as needed
- Must reach items at varying heights (on shelves, on the ground, etc.)
- Additional skills: Knowledge of basic English
