The Baraga Area School district is currently accepting applications for the following position:
SOCIAL WORKER
Provide mental health services and will work at the classroom and school level with teachers and paraprofessionals to support children with their emotional, mental and physical well-being.
Successful candidate should possess, or be eligible to possess, a MSW and have the capability to be an approved school social worker in the State of Michigan.
It is intended that this position will begin with the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
The hours are tentatively 35 plus hours a week.
