As Vice President, Region North America, you will take full ownership of our regional strategy, leading and developing the team to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success. You will shape strategy, build strong relationships, and ensure baramundi’s continued success in this key region. Join us and make an impact.

What we appreciate about you :

  • A successfully completed university degree in business, sales, or a related field   —   or equivalent experience in IT sales
  • Several years of professional experience in IT or software sales
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing employees and team leaders
  • Solid understanding of information technology   —   ideally in Unified Endpoint Management, IT infrastructure management, or IT security, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Passion for leadership and driving the growth of an established market
  • A structured, goal-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to travel across North America and occasionally to Europe
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage
