Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare aircraft surfaces for paint application, ensuring all areas are clean and free of debris.
- Repair dents and scratches on aircraft surfaces using body filler and other materials.
- Operate a variety of hand and pneumatic tools, such as sanders, grinders, and buffers, with precision and care.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of aircraft paint prepping experience required.
- Proficiency in repairing dents and scratches using body filler.
- Experience using hand and pneumatic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
