Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, assist with team leadership, and ensure efficiency in our workflow. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and team coordination
- Support order fulfillment, including pulling and loading as needed
- Oversee staff schedules and provide leadership support
- Ensure excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain company policies and assist in process improvements
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply orders
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and efficiency goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual REQUIRED (Spanish/English preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks and scheduling
- Budgeting skills to manage costs effectively
- Excellent phone and communication etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
