Responsible for enrollingeligible women into the BCCCP.
Responsibilities :
- Answer all phone calls re : BCCCP enrollment.
- Identify and enroll eligible women intothe BCCCP.
- Facilitate appointments.
- Assemble and mail enrollment letters to patients.
- Navigate BCCCP eligible women to dispelany barriers.
- High school diploma required, some college preferred.
- Customer Service skills and experience required.
- Excellent telephone communication skills. For Bilingual, must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel.
- Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
