We are seeking an Intelligence Operations Integrator to provide technical expertise in support of Palantir's Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), based on their extensive Technical Expert experience, by embedding with user groups at Fort Bragg, NC, in classified environments up to the TS/SCI level to maximize Palantir platform capabilities. Operations Integrators, as Technical Experts, provide customer instruction and support including front end user trainings, engineering/developer/technical trainings, and train-the trainer instruction and certification. They also assist other Technical Experts (e.g. FDEs) by providing customer feedback on appropriate configuration and customization, assist in adapting and implementing data modeling and ontology to meet customer requirements, and supporting customer creation of enterprise-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and methodologies for most effective use of the Palantir Platform at scale across customer organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Salary : $91,700 - $115,600
