Machine Assembler

·Barbco Inc., a leader in underground construction equipment, is seeking a skilled Equipment Assembler to join our team in East Canton, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the assembly of high-quality machinery.

Position Overview:
As a skilled Equipment Assembler at Barbco Inc., you will be responsible for assembling and troubleshooting components and systems, with a focus on bearing assembly, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and mobile electrical systems. This role requires precision, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, including bearings and seals.
• Install and assemble hydraulic power components for heavy-duty equipment
• Install electrical harnesses with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines

· Test systems, adjust components, and perform maintenance as needed to ensure proper functionality.

• Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet company standards

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, with a focus on bearings installation
• Basic knowledge of electrical harness assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in equipment assembly or similar manufacturing fields preferred
