CSR/Inside Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
• Promote products and services through effective sales techniques when appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in office software applications and computerized systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales or cash handling is an advantage.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
