Field Service Technician

Description

The field service technician must be able to work independently and with little supervision. They must also be able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job. They must also possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

Requirements

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Safely operate vehicles 
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
• Inspect products to confirm they include all required items before departing 
• Independently Load and Unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Lift and successfully deliver packages (up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintain respect for customers, their property, and the community we deliver in.
