Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques including straight razor shaving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanor are essential for client interaction.
