This is a full-time, non-exempt position that performs complex secretarial work of an administrative nature. This position’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative assistance to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Regional Director’s calendar and master calendar, schedules events, meetings, inspections, etc.
- Schedules inspections which include annual fire safety inspection, furnace inspections, fire extinguisher inspections and fire system inspections.
- Maintains recall tracking system to ensure that all assigned agency business is completed in a timely manner. Ensures that appropriate follow-up actions are completed as scheduled.
- Schedules and sets up meetings, including preparation and distribution of notices for meetings, preparation of agenda, preparation of meeting room, collection of materials and supplies, as needed, arrangement of refreshments (if necessary), preparation and distribution of minutes from meetings and follow up action as required.
- Locates and meets with contractors, secures bids for the houses and manages projects until completion.
- Orders all furniture and supplies for the houses.
- Oversees Pittsburgh fiscal responsibilities, including trust accounts, check requests, and purchases made for the programs.
- Coordinates vehicle repairs and drives to/from maintenance appointments when necessary.
- Serves as liaison for medical equipment and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance.
- FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.
