As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overall leadership and guidance of staff members and campers for the ESO Summer Camp. In addition this position is responsible for the coordination of developing meaningful skills and activities for the adults attending camp. This includes various skill building activities, field trips, outdoor activities, and ancillary services such as gym, art, and pool.
What you’ll need:
Assisting with meals, transitions, and daily routines.
Encourage camper participation while ensuring safety at all times.
Collaborating with fellow consolers to create a positive experience for campers.
Helping campers build friendships, develop independence, and have fun.

What you’ll need:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Bachelors degree in special education or related human services field
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.
- A positive attitude and willingness to make a difference in someone’s life!
- Patience and empathy in working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, individuals, and families.
- Develops plan of actions for camp personnel in regards to situations that may arise during camp.
- Conducts weekly staff meetings for communication and coordination purposes.
- Purchases and makes available necessary equipment, supplies, and other items that are pertinent to camp and tracks all expenditures, as well as turns in receipts if needing reimbursed.
- Completes all documentation as required including, but not limited to, accident reports, incident reports, and other reports for accountability.
- Schedules all field trips for camp and coordinates with whomever the transportation is being provided by.
