What You’ll Bring:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to train and support staff.

- The ability to work collaboratively with a team while also taking initiative.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or five years of experience in the field.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (required, as driving is part of the role).
- Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
- Knowledge of regulatory and programmatic requirements for individuals receiving employment support services.
- Experience in training and coaching individuals with disabilities.
- Providing on-the-job training and coaching individuals in small group employment settings.
- Supervising individuals to support the development of functional skills and work habits.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of individualized employment plans.
- Monitoring health and safety concerns and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Training and mentoring SGE Associate Instructors and other support staff.
- Tracking and reviewing attendance, payroll, and billing documentation for accuracy.
- Overseeing work site operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Developing adaptive training materials and instructional techniques tailored to individual needs.
- Participating in hiring and training of new employees within the program.
- Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of individual progress and program activities.
