- Oversee vendor relationships for outsourced training needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and updating strategies for greater impact.
- Support change management efforts, helping employees navigate transitions with clarity and confidence. What you’ll need :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 6 years of organizational development, HR analytics, or business intelligence experience.
3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
