Key Responsibilities:
- Scalp Care Services:
- Perform scalp treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, detoxification, hydration, and massage.
- Administer specialized treatments for various scalp conditions, such as dandruff, dryness, excess oil, or hair thinning.
- Client Consultations:
- Assess clients' scalp and hair conditions to recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on proper scalp and hair care techniques and recommend suitable products.
- Product Knowledge & Recommendations:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scalp care products and technologies.
- Promote and sell hair and scalp care products to enhance the client experience.
- Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Customer Experience:
- Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in scalp treatments, hair care, or a related field preferred.
- Background in cosmetology, trichology, or massage therapy is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of scalp health, hair anatomy, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Certifications:
- Cosmetology or related license
- Additional certifications in scalp care or trichology are advantageous.
