Overview
The Admission Representative plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with essential information about educational programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic futures. The Admission Representative will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless admission experience for all applicants.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide applicants through the admissions process, including scheduling interviews, campus tours, and orientations.
- Assist students in completing applications and collecting required documents (e.g., ID, TB test results, transcripts). Package admissions documentation for compliance with state and federal agencies.
- Accurately track and maintain a database of prospective students in KlassApp and Freedom software.
- Follow up with applicants regularly to ensure timely submission of missing documents and completion of enrollment steps.
-Collaborate wit Financial Aid department to ensure all documentation is provided to complete financial aid process.
- Coordinate and attend community outreach events, high school visits, and networking opportunities to promote the academy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with students throughout the admissions process.
- Stay informed about Barber Tech Academy’s course offerings, policies, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate information is shared with prospects.
- Update admissions reports regularly, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections and outcomes.
- Support compliance audits by ensuring all admissions files are complete and up to date.
