We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at the Barberton Campus in Ohio.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in Telemetry.
- Epic experience within the last year is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fully vaccinated (two doses if applicable) or approved medical or religious exemption.
- Titer or two adult MMR vaccines required. Negative titer requires two boosters.
