- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience as an RN, preferably in Telemetry.
- Epic experience within the last year is highly desirable.
Additional Information
- Fully vaccinated or approved medical or religious exemption.
- Titer or two adult MMR vaccines required. Negative titer requires two boosters.
