We are looking for an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at the Barberton Campus in Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical/Surgical/Telemetry environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience as an RN, preferably in Telemetry.
- Epic experience within the last year is a significant advantage.
Important Details
- Fully vaccinated or approved medical or religious exemption.
- Titer or two adult MMR vaccines required. Negative titer requires two boosters.
